The South Glasgow ASD/ ADHD group will be having two 123 Magic workshops on 31st May and 14th June 2018 from 11am - 1pm, run by Geraldine Mynors from the West Glasgow Group.
The sessions will be at Govanhill Neighbourhood Centre.
West Glasgow parent group members are welcome to go along, but please email us (or let us know via the Facebook event) if you would like to.
123 Magic is a simple approach to managing behaviour in children aged from 2 to 12, developed by American psychologist Dr Thomas Phelan whose son had ADHD.
Session 1 is on STOPPING your child from doing things you don't want them to do, and session 2 is on STARTING them on good behaviours. To work effectively, it requires you to be committed to using it consistently in your house - but if you do then I can promise it's really helpful.
The sessions involve watching Dr Phelan's videos and then talking it through.
It is VERY MUCH BEST IF YOU CAN COME TO BOTH SESSIONS.
If you have any questions about whether the programme is right for you then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
